Sanne 21st February 2018

I worked with Fern when she was at GS. As I am Dutch she told me how she often visited her father in Holland when he was working there and how people would ring the doorbell offering "aardappelen" (potatoes). She had a pretty good Dutch accent. The last time I met her was here in the canteen when she told me she needed treatment for a tumor, but she still sounded optimistic and I did not sense how serious it was. I am extremely shocked and saddened to hear she is not here anymore. My deepest condolences to her family & close friends and I hope you rest in peace, dear Fern. From Sanne Enemark.
